Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the method you provided.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes
Aesthetics Artistry by Shalonda Nicole is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Aesthetics Artistry by Shalonda Nicole is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please notify us if your products were damaged during shipment.
RETURNS AND AESTHETICS ARTISTRY STORE CREDIT
Thank you for shopping at AESTHETICS ARTISTRY BY SHALONDA NICOLE. The following are the conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. In order to be eligible for store credit, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.
Aesthetics Artistry Store Credit
If your return is approved, we will initiate your store credit. The store credit will be the amount of the original payment at the time of purchase, excluding taxes and shipping. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
